- Name, Phone, Company, and Email Address when you sign up for any Services or contact us directly.
- Survey responses when you choose to answer optional surveys (used to tailor the content and offers we send you).

- Aggregate analytics. We use Kajabi as a third-party provider for our website and e-mail/newsletter infrastructure, who have their own analytics usage as per their respective privacy policy.
- Local browser storage. Your local browser may store data, which stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. Please refer to your local browser’s respective privacy policy.
- Standard server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider retains short-lived request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, URL) for security and abuse prevention.

Newsletter sponsors
At times, any Services may be supported by sponsors. Sponsors do not receive your personal information. Individual subscriber data, email addresses, and behavior are never shared with sponsors.
Legal disclosures
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that doing so is required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Centaurus Capital Ventures, LLC, its subsidiaries, our subscribers, or the public.
